This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Master at Bathroom Ventilation and other digital training products sold by Make Customers Love You Ltd under the Healthy Homes Lab brand.

14-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We want you to feel confident when purchasing our training. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase.

You do not need to complete the course before requesting a refund.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, email [email protected] within the 14-day period and include:

• Your full name
• The email address used for your purchase
• The name of the course purchased
• Your order or payment reference, if available

We may ask for brief feedback about your experience, but providing feedback is not a condition of receiving an eligible refund.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. We will process the refund without undue delay. Once processed, the time it takes to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.

When a full refund is issued, access to the relevant course, associated downloads, community areas and membership benefits may be removed. Any membership badge connected solely to that purchase may also be revoked.

IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO DIGITAL CONTENT

Access to the digital course may begin immediately after purchase. Our 14-day satisfaction guarantee still applies during the guarantee period, even if you have started accessing the course.

FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED DIGITAL CONTENT

If the digital content is faulty, unavailable or not as described, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

This Refund Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.
